Join Carrie Grossman, devotional singer, and Tam Willey, Forest Therapy Guide, for a daylong journey into the wild landscape of the heart. Explore the magic that is possible when we slow down and open the door to reciprocity with the more-than-human world. What songs does the wind offer? What might we offer the wind? Or the trees, the creeks, and the clouds? What is your song? Through a guided forest therapy walk, meditation, sound healing, and sacred rest we will sit with these questions and find our place of belonging in nature—and in ourselves.
This retreat will take place at beautiful Mettabee Farm in Upstate New York. Tea, snacks, and a wholesome lunch will be provided.
