Plaid on plaid and playful nature therapy shenanigans all while holding some sweet community circles with this heck of a co-guide Nadine Mazzola !
Our story began on the side of Mount Greylock in the summer of 2017 and we’ve since been working together on various training teams, mentoring and supporting forest therapy guides through certification trainings to business and practice development. We take this work seriously while also having tons of fun. From deep grief to extreme joy, we are here for it all. We enjoy flipping mainstream definitions of “success” on its head while inviting our cohorts to forge custom guide paths that works for them.
We literally bake cakes to celebrate our mistakes and our wins.
Our team meetings involve two hour walks in the forest.
Like any practice or business or project, there are times when we need to hit the pause button, recalibrate & get perspective on what we are doing so that we can bring our best intentionality to our work and our craft.
We are thrilled to be offering our first ever in-person nature based professional development immersive retreat open to ANYONE looking to deepen into the practice and philosophy of forest therapy. Whether you’re a guide, teacher, artist, nature lover, writer, seeker, or anyone looking for a nature based retreat, we’ve got a sweet program designed with something for everyone.
Join us for 4 days and 4 nights of slowing down, forest therapy, learning, community, connection, envisioning and personal retreat time.
Train with me via The Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. This six month Forest Therapy Guide Training is a truly incredible journey and whether you go on to guide walks for the public or for friends and family or even just deepen into your own personal and collective nature connection, there are so many gifts that come from this course. Join me next autumn!
