A couple years ago, Meredith Goldstein joined me on a forest bathing walk at the Arnold Arboretum and then got in touch with me last spring to do some research for a guide character for her new book.

She's been writing an advice column in the Boston Globe since 2009 called Love Letters, a daily dispatch of wisdom for the lovelorn. She also has a podcast called Love Letters.
